From 1st to 7th August a health camp in Gosainkunda, Syaprung VDC, Rasuwa District was held in cooperation with “Support in Nepal” a Nepalese based NGO. 393 people received free health checkups, medicines and treatments, provided by a well experienced medical team. People, who usually have no or only very limited access to medical services can consult doctors during this camp, free of cost. Especially in remote parts of Nepal, the access to hospitals is nothing necessarily given. Through health camps more people can be reached and diseases or medical problems can be treated without burdening the patients with cost
