Nepal Disable Association, Khagendra Navajivan Kendra had honored JOY/NAFA with the Letter of Honor on 19th January 2016 on the occasion of 88th birth anniversary of its founder Late Khagendra Bahadur Basnet. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Women, Child and Social Welfare Mr. C.P. Mainali was the Chief Guest of the program.

NAFA and other donors from aboard had helped to build Tin Roof to cover the leaking roof of the existing building where disable people are residing. JOY Foundation Nepal had assisted Khagendra Navajivan Kendra by Coordinating with donors and also helped them during the construction of Tin Roof.
