From 19th to 20th of February a teacher training in a governmental school in Pamchok, District -Lamjung, Region- Gandaki was held with the support of Joy Foundation Nepal. The Training Consultant of Joy Foundation and two German Volunteers who were already working in schools in Nepal have conducted this training. Main contents of this training were Teamwork, teaching methods, lesson plans and work plans. Nine teacher and members of the school management committee were joining this training. Many teacher, esp. in remote parts of Nepal, have no or only limited access to further education programs. They lack knowledge on different teaching techniques. Therefore teacher trainings can help them to broaden their knowledge and experience different ways of teaching.
