JOY Foundation Nepal in cooperation with National Association of Deaf & Hard of Hearing and Synergy Nepal is running Sign Language and Interpreter training to Deaf and hearing people under Skill Development Training Program. JOY believe that this program will help the deaf community will be able to communicate easily with normal people.
